My Million Dollar Funnels Pty Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", "our") operates the AI Funnels Lab platform ("Platform"), an AI-powered marketing toolkit that includes the Meta Ads Analyzer feature built on the Meta Marketing API. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how it is stored, and the choices you have. By using the Platform you agree to this policy.

AI Funnels Lab's access, use, storage, and transfer of information received from the Meta Marketing API adhere to the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, including Limited Use requirements. Meta Data is used only to provide the in-app features you explicitly trigger.
When you connect your Meta (Facebook) Ads account inside AI Funnels Lab (Settings → Integrations), the Platform uses the Meta Marketing API to power the Meta Ads Analyzer and related features. We only request the permissions required to deliver features you explicitly use.
Scope clarification: AI Funnels Lab does not use Facebook Login for sign-in and does not collect your Facebook profile, friends list, posts, photos, or messages. The integration is limited to the Meta Marketing API for ad accounts you explicitly authorise. Meta Data is used solely to (a) read your ad account structure and data, (b) analyse that data, and (c) generate AI-powered insights and recommendations inside the Meta Ads Analyzer. It is not used for any other purpose.
ads_read — read your ad account structure and data so the Meta Ads Analyzer can show your metrics and generate AI insights.business_management — list the Business Manager accounts you can access so you can pick which ad account to analyse.The long-lived Meta access token issued to AI Funnels Lab is stored encrypted at rest using AES-GCM in our Supabase Postgres database, with row-level security so only your account can access it. We also store your Meta user ID, account name, and the list of ad-account IDs you authorise. The AES key is held only in our edge runtime and is never exposed to the browser.
Meta Data is used solely to (a) read your ad account structure and data, (b) analyse that data, and (c) generate AI-powered insights and recommendations inside the Meta Ads Analyzer. It is not used for any other purpose.
We will never:
Meta tokens and associated account metadata are retained for as long as the integration remains connected. When you disconnect the integration, or when you delete your AI Funnels Lab account, the token and associated Meta records are deleted from our database within 30 days.
You can revoke our access to your Meta account at any time:
We use strictly essential cookies to keep you signed in, maintain your session, and process payments. We do not set third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on the AI Funnels Lab Platform itself. Landing pages and funnels that you publish through AI Funnels Lab may include analytics or pixel cookies that you configure (e.g. Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) — those are governed by your own privacy policy on those pages, not this one. You can disable cookies in your browser, but core Platform features such as login and billing will not function.
Data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security so each user can only access their own rows. Sensitive third-party tokens (including Meta tokens) are additionally encrypted with AES-GCM using a key held only in our edge runtime. All network traffic is TLS-encrypted in transit.
We do not sell, rent, or trade any user data — Meta-derived or otherwise — to third parties or advertisers. Sub-processors listed below receive only the minimum data required to operate the feature you triggered:
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion we remove your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example, tax records for billing).
Subject to applicable law, you may access, export, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time from Settings inside AI Funnels Lab, or by emailing us at admin@mymilliondollarfunnels.com.
To delete data we hold about you — including any Meta permissions, tokens and Meta Data — email admin@mymilliondollarfunnels.com from the email address on your account with the subject line "Delete my data". We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
You can also revoke the Meta connection at any time at facebook.com/settings → Business Integrations, which removes AI Funnels Lab's ability to call the Meta Marketing API on your behalf.
If you remove AI Funnels Lab from your Facebook Business Integrations, Meta automatically sends a signed deletion request to our registered Data Deletion Callback URL:

On receipt, we verify the signature using our Meta App Secret and immediately delete your Meta access token, cached ad insights, analyzer threads, and chat messages from our database. We return a unique confirmation code to Meta, which you can verify at:

Deletion completes within 30 days and typically within seconds.
The Platform is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Our sub-processors may process data in Australia, the United States, the European Union and other regions. By using the Platform you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in those regions, subject to the safeguards each sub-processor maintains.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app. Continued use of the Platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Victoria.
